Introduction

The Peach API application is responsible for managing the non-sensitive data of the PEACH Cancer application. It is distinct from the client application, which is responsible for delivering the front-end of PEACH Cancer.

Framework

The back-end is a simple node.js application using the very famous framework express.js. Express is probably the most popular framework for node application, hence you shouldn't struggle finding documentation for it.

This tutorial was really helpful when we started to build the back-end, and can probably help you understand it faster.
